Filipino Student Earns First K-Culture Master’s Degree in Korea

Abigail Jazmine Llamo, a 29-year-old Filipino student at Sungshin Women's University, just became the first person in Korea to complete a master's degree specifically in K-culture. Her thesis focused on expanding K-pop's global reach by analyzing concert ticket pricing and fan behavior between Korea and the Philippines.
