Olive Young, Korea's biggest beauty retailer, reported that foreign shoppers visiting specifically for their seasonal sales have skyrocketed—11 times higher than three years ago. The chain holds four major sales annually (March, June, September, December) featuring over 1,500 beauty brands. Many international customers now make multiple trips yearly to catch these sales, with some visiting three or more times during sale periods.
