Hong Kong Filmmaker Ann Hui Honored at Busan Film Festival

Legendary Hong Kong director Ann Hui will receive the Camellia Award at this year's Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) for her decades-long career empowering women in cinema. The 27-time feature film director, who debuted in 1979, is being recognized for her significant contributions to elevating women's status in the film industry. The award will be presented at BIFF's opening ceremony on October 6-15 in Busan.
