Paris’s Pompidou Center Opens Seoul Branch

The prestigious Centre Pompidou from Paris just opened Centre Pompidou Hanwha in Seoul's Yeouido district on June 4, marking a major international expansion. The French museum chose Seoul as a partner city because of Korea's booming cultural scene and growing global influence, especially through K-culture. This is part of Pompidou's "Constellation" project launched in 2025, operating from the historic 63 Building.
