Seoul Breaks Tourism Record with 1.61M Visitors in July

Seoul welcomed a record 1.61 million foreign tourists in July, with spending jumping nearly 70% year-over-year to 1.07 trillion won. Chinese visitors made up the largest group at 37%, followed by Japanese, Taiwanese, and American tourists. This marks the fourth consecutive month where foreign spending topped 1 trillion won.
