Seoul’s Fireworks Festival Draws Massive Crowds to Hangang Park

Seoul's International Fireworks Festival returned Saturday with spectacular displays from South Korea, the US, and the UK lighting up Yeouido Hangang Park. Thousands arrived early with picnic mats and folding chairs, creating packed crowds at nearby subway stations, restrooms, and food vendors. The one-hour show ran from 8 to 9:10 p.m. along the Han River between Mapo and Hangang Railway Bridges.
