Seoul Jazz Festival 2026

May 22, 2026 – May 24, 2026
Seoul Jazz Festival is one of Asia's largest annual jazz events, returning to Olympic Park for three days (May 22-24). The festival stages international headliners alongside Korea's top jazz musicians across multiple outdoor and indoor venues within the park complex. Day passes and full-weekend tickets are available; the outdoor main stage has general admission standing areas while premium sections offer seating. Olympic Park Station (Line 5) or Mongchontoseong Station (Line 8) - the park becomes a full outdoor festival city for the weekend.

The Festival

The Seoul Jazz Festival is Korea’s premier urban jazz and contemporary music festival, held across two days at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu (May 23–24). Unlike Jarasum’s casual outdoor vibe, Seoul Jazz Festival is a more polished production with headline international acts — past lineups have included global jazz legends, crossover artists, soul, R&B, and neo-soul performers. Multiple stages run simultaneously across the park, making it possible to move between acts throughout the day. The festival attracts a sophisticated, music-dedicated audience.

Lineup & Tickets

Lineup announcements typically begin 2-3 months before the festival. Day tickets and full-festival passes are sold through Interpark and YES24 — headline acts sell out early. The festival is outdoor rain or shine; past events have featured covered seating sections for additional tickets. Arrive before gates open to secure good positions for popular stages.

Getting There

  • Subway: Olympic Park Station (Line 5), Exit 3 — direct walk to Olympic Park main entrance
  • Mongchontoseong Station (Line 8): Alternative entry point for the park’s east side
  • Arrive early: The park is large — account for walking time between stages and for merchandise and food queues
  • Olympic Park itself: One of Seoul’s most pleasant green spaces — worth arriving before gates open to walk the grounds
