SOUNDBERRY FESTA 2026 brings 26 Korean indie and band acts (CNBLUE, Melomance, 10CM, etc.) to KINTEX, Goyang over two days (Jul 18-19). A must for fans of Korean music beyond mainstream K-pop.
Korea’s indie music scene doesn’t get the international attention that K-pop does, but it runs deep — and SOUNDBERRY FESTA is where a chunk of it surfaces in one place. Twenty-six acts across two days at KINTEX, Goyang (July 18–19): singer-songwriters, bands, indie pop, and a few names familiar enough that even non-specialists will recognize them. The lineup skews toward the Korean acts that sell out their own headline shows but rarely appear on international radar.
Confirmed acts include CNBLUE (one of Korea’s most successful rock bands, active since 2009), Melomance (indie pop duo known for emotionally precise songwriting), Ha Hyun-sang, Lee Seung-yoon, 10CM, and Hanroro, with more acts announced closer to the event. The mix is deliberately broad — the festival isn’t built around a single genre or audience type.
SOUNDBERRY FESTA offers something the arena concert circuit doesn’t: exposure to the part of Korean music culture that forms the actual backbone of the local industry. The artists on this lineup write music that gets covered, sampled, and referenced across mainstream K-pop. Attending is a way to hear what Korean audiences actually listen to day-to-day, beyond the group acts that dominate overseas streaming charts.
KINTEX (Korea International Exhibition Center) is in Ilsan-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do — one of the largest convention and event complexes in Korea. The outdoor and indoor event spaces have handled festivals and concerts at this scale before. Food vendors, merchandise booths, and rest areas are integrated into the festival layout.
Take subway Line 3 to Daehwa Station (대화역), Exit 1, then walk approximately 10 minutes to KINTEX. From central Seoul (Jongno 3-ga or City Hall area), the ride is about 45–55 minutes on Line 3. Parking is available at the KINTEX complex for those driving from outside Seoul.
Sold via Melon Ticket and Interpark. Day passes and two-day passes are typically offered. Check the official SOUNDBERRY FESTA channels for on-sale dates and age restrictions, if any.
