Seoul's gold-glass skyscraper from 1985 — once the tallest building in Asia — with an observation deck at 264 metres and a rotating art gallery on the upper floors. The deck view covers the Han River in both directions and the full ridge of Gwanaksan to the south. Entry 27,000 KRW; less crowded on weekday mornings when visibility is sharpest.
