Authentic Sichuan malatang cooked the way it's done in northeastern China — blood-red broth heavy with Sichuan peppercorns, bok choy, glass noodles, and thick slices of lamb. A full bowl runs ₩9,000–₩13,000. Far more intense and authentic than the malatang chains found elsewhere in Seoul.
