The working industrial district behind Euljiro 4-ga station is one of the last places in central Seoul where you can watch people actually making things. Machine tool dealers, welding supply shops, and electrical parts vendors occupy ground-floor workshops that overflow onto the pavement. The pojangmacha that set up among the workshops at night have become destinations in their own right — cheap, loud, and lit by the glow from late-shift welders nearby.
