관악산 무당 신사 산책로

A lesser-known hiking route on Gwanaksan's western flank passing through a concentration of shamanist shrines (신당) set into the rock faces — more than a dozen in a single 2km stretch. The shrines are active: coloured flags, ceramic offerings, and incense burners mark each site, and mudang (shamans) can occasionally be seen conducting rituals. The combination of the shrines' vivid colours against the grey granite and dark forest is visually striking and unlike anything on the more popular eastern routes. The trail starts from Siwang bus stop and reaches the shrine cluster within 40 minutes. The upper ridge connects to the main Gwanaksan summit route.
