The open plaza in front of Hongik University main gate where buskers, dance crews, and indie bands have performed without permits since the 1990s. On weekend afternoons a dozen acts compete across different corners — K-pop cover dance groups, singer-songwriters, acrobats. Free, no schedule, shows up spontaneously from around 2 PM.
