The fifth-tallest building in the world contains an observatory at 500 meters that provides the most comprehensive aerial view of Seoul, extending to the DMZ on clear days. The glass-floored outer walkway at 478m is not for the vertigo-prone. Sunrise tickets sell out weeks in advance. The building is its own vertical city with a hotel, aquarium, shopping mall, and concert venue.
