KBS and MBC both operate large broadcast campuses on Yeouido, and both run limited public access programs and studio tours. The KBS Hall hosts ticketed performances open to the public year-round; the surrounding outdoor stages and plazas are used for fan events and free concerts that draw large crowds on weekends. The area around the broadcast buildings is where K-pop fan culture operates most visibly in Seoul.
