Boramae-dong Boramae Park Outdoor Gym and Night Joggers

📍 Boramae-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul

A large urban park in Dongjak district with an unusual outdoor gym culture that predates the global outdoor fitness trend. Regulars have used the free pull-up bars and parallel bars for decades. After 10pm the park running track fills with night joggers from the surrounding apartment blocks. The park also contains a memorial to the special forces who trained here during the military government era.
