The defining cafe of Seongsu's industrial-chic era, housed inside a gutted 1970s metal factory with exposed concrete, soaring ceilings, and a rooftop terrace. Go for the freshly baked croissants and Americanos (around 6,000–7,000 KRW), but arrive before 10am on weekends or expect a 30-minute wait. The crumbling brick courtyard is the most photographed corner in the neighborhood.
