A little-known hilltop park centered on a century-old water tower with sweeping views over the Han River and Yeouido's skyline — completely off the tourist radar. The brick tower dates from 1908 and is beautifully lit at night. Free to enter, always open. Take Line 2 to Dangsan Station and walk 10 minutes uphill.
