Dongjak Bridge is one of the few Han River bridges with a dedicated pedestrian and cycling lane on the lower deck, running beneath the road surface at water level. Walking the bridge at sunset — when the light hits the river at a low angle and the city skyline comes into relief against the sky — is one of Seoul's better free evening experiences. The bridge connects Noryangjin on the north bank to Dongjak on the south; the walk takes about 20 minutes each way. The adjacent cloud café (now closed, but the waterside deck remains) was the pioneer of the Han River floating café concept. The Noryangjin fish market is a five-minute walk from the north end.
