The Gayang-dong section of the Han River park in Gangseo-gu is the primary cycling entry point for the western Han River cycling network — the connection between the Worldcup Park cycling path to the east and the Gimpo flatlands to the west. The Haengjudaegyo cycling bridge crossing above the Han River gives views upstream toward the Wonhyo Bridge and the Seoul city skyline. The riverside park below Gayang-dong holds the Hyangiram rock and the Yangcheon Hyanggyo Confucian school — the only Joseon-period educational institution remaining in the western Seoul area.
