The highest of the five World Cup Park hills, built on a reclaimed landfill site and now covered in silver pampas grass that turns the hillside gold every October. The 291-step staircase to the top is the city's best free sunset viewpoint — on clear days you can see from Bukhansan to the Han River mouth. October weekends are crowded; go on a Tuesday evening for the view to yourself.
