Hongdae Free Market (홍대 자유시장)

Every Saturday afternoon, local artists and makers set up stalls in the park near Hongdae station and sell directly what they made themselves. Handmade jewelry, illustration prints, ceramics, small sculptures — no resellers, no brand booths. You can ask the artist about their process, negotiate a price, and walk away with something that genuinely can't be found anywhere else.
