The competition keeps quality high and menus specific — single-origin pour-overs, rotating seasonal lots, and baristas who can discuss processing methods without being asked. Most are in converted ground-floor spaces rather than purpose-built cafés, which gives each a distinct character. The area around Yanghwa-ro 6-gil has the highest concentration.
