Each October the riverbanks of the Jungnang Stream turn silver as dense stands of eulalia (Korean pampas grass) reach full bloom, creating a dramatic autumn landscape that locals know well but foreigners almost never discover. The soft golden-silver fronds catch afternoon light and sway in river breezes — a completely different atmosphere from the same path's spring cherry blossoms. No ticketed festival, just an unhurried walk through Seoul's most underrated autumn scenery.
