The Han River section directly below Mangwon Market — quieter than the Yeouido or Banpo parks but five minutes' walk from the market. Locals cycle, fly kites, and watch the sunset from the grass banks without the tour-group crowds. Best reached via the underpass at the end of Poeun-ro.
