Mapo Central Library Rooftop Garden (마포중앙도서관 옥상)

The rooftop terrace of Mapo Central Library is open to library users and gives an elevated view across the Mapo-gu residential grid toward the Han River. The library itself is worth the visit — a contemporary building with good natural light and a well-maintained collection. The ground-floor café operates during library hours and is consistently quieter than cafes on the main commercial strips nearby. The rooftop garden is planted seasonally and is particularly good in late spring and early autumn.
