Five enormous oil storage tanks decommissioned in 2000 were converted into an underground cultural park that opened in 2017. The tanks — each the size of a concert hall — host art installations, live performances, and temporary exhibitions inside their curved concrete walls. The surrounding hillside park looks out over the World Cup Stadium. Undervisited to a degree that seems almost implausible given how genuinely strange and good it is.
