A small botanical garden on the northern slope of Namsan that most people walk straight past on the way to the cable car. The collection focuses on Korean native species and the layout follows the natural contour of the hillside. Entry is free, the paths are quiet, and in late spring the flowering trees overlap in a sequence that runs from March through June. The stone lantern garden near the upper entrance is one of the better collections of traditional stonework in Seoul.
