Opened late 2023, Perch has quickly become Haebangchon locals' favorite spot — a corner space with indoor and outdoor seating, quality cocktails and espresso drinks, and an unexpectedly excellent pierogi plate (12,000 KRW). Zero tourist foot traffic, genuinely neighborhood-bar energy. Open from 2pm most days.
