Ansan Mountain in Seodaemun-gu has been fitted with a fully accessible 7-kilometre circular forest path — the Jarak-gil — at a constant elevation of approximately 170 metres, designed to allow wheelchair and pushchair access throughout its length. The path circles the mountain perimeter without any significant gradient change, giving continuous forest walking through the mature oak and pine of the Ansan ridge. The combination of the accessibility design, the forest quality, and the views over Yonsei and Ewha university campuses from the eastern section makes the Ansan Jarak-gil the most genuinely inclusive mountain walk in Seoul.
