Seongsu Industrial Art Space (성수 산업예술공간)

A cluster of larger former industrial buildings in northern Seongsu-dong has been converted into artist studios, design offices, and gallery spaces over the past decade. Several operate open studio programs and run exhibitions without requiring advance booking. The buildings retain their industrial structure — loading docks, freight elevators, exposed concrete — while the work inside is entirely contemporary. The area around Achasan-ro 5-gil has the highest concentration.
