Seun Sangga Complex (세운상가)

A brutalist megastructure from 1968 — originally residential, then the center of Korea's electronics black market, now partially converted into maker spaces, independent shops, and a rooftop walkway. The building bridges over the road at multiple levels with a connected elevated path running for several blocks. Electronics repair shops and component dealers still operate on the lower floors alongside new tenants. The rooftop view over the old city to Namsan is one of the better free elevated perspectives in Seoul.
