Sewoon Arcade & Rooftop Garden
📍 159 Cheonggyecheon-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul
The 1970s megastructure that runs a kilometre through central Seoul, connecting eight city blocks on an elevated walkway. The bottom floors still house electronics repair stalls; the rooftop terrace is a free public park with unobstructed views toward Namsan. One of Seoul's best-kept free viewpoints.
