The southern end of the Jamsil Han River park section, where the Songpa Naru historic crossing point once operated, is now a quiet grassed area that sees a fraction of the foot traffic that hits the main Jamsil riverside zones. The historic significance of the site — it was one of the primary Han River crossing points for trade and military movements for centuries — is marked by interpretive signage that most visitors walk past. The views across the river to the north bank are unobstructed. Good for cycling, morning exercise, or simply sitting away from the weekend crowds.
