World Cup Park encompasses five parks — Haneul, Noeul, Nanjicheon, Pyeonghwa, and Nanjido — built on the former Nanjido landfill. Haneul Park's silver grass turns golden in October and is among Seoul's most consistent autumn viewing spots.
The Seoul Silver Grass Festival takes over Haneul Park for one week when the grass is at its best (in 2026, October 17–23, the 25th edition). During the festival the park is open 10:00–21:00 — later than its usual closing — so the sunset and the evening lighting are both reachable. Organised by the Seoul Western Parks Office. You get up there by a long stairway or the electric shuttle.
