I am writing this post to share my experience with plantar fasciitis (heel pain) treatment and follow-up reviews so that I don't waste time on useless things. My recent posts have been all about health, so I am wondering if I should change my ID to 'General Hospital'. In this post, I will also share the products and measures I took to relieve plantar fasciitis (heel pain) but found to be ineffective.

About two months ago, I suddenly started having problems with pain in my heels. In fact, I think it was time for me, who had never cared about foot health. Since I usually walk with one leg crossed while I had some weight, I often found myself focusing my weight on one leg.
Now that I have plantar fasciitis, I regret it, and it is my problem to want to fix the habit of walking with one leg crossed. I will now share with you what I did to relieve the pain.
1. Paste-type patches that are sprinkled and applied This does not mean that these products are meaningless. After I felt pain in my feet, I bought and used patches that were said to be good through consultations on the Internet and at pharmacies, but they did not have much effect. Some of them felt temporarily relieved. However, they were not effective in relieving the pain in my heels.
2) Anti-inflammatory and health food I was prescribed medicine along with the patch at the pharmacy, but I don't remember the name of the product.
The oral medicine recommended by the pharmacy was strangely so that the pain disappeared when I took it, but it was temporary, and it came back again.
When I bought the medicine again, I think I developed immunity, but the effect wasn't that great.
3) Blood circulation patch This is a blood circulation foot patch that, when you put it on the sole of your foot like a patch, the solid inside melts and after about 24 hours, the liquid bursts and absorbs the waste from the sole of your foot.
When I just heard the explanation, I thought, 'Wow, if this works well, I should send it to my parents.' It was amazing. However, the pain was not relieved, and it seems to be most effective within 24 to 48 hours, but the sour smell and liquid got on the blanket and floor, so I don't think I could sleep comfortably.
4) Treatment at a Korean medicine clinic I thought it was impossible, so I went to a Korean medicine clinic and if that didn't work, I thought I should go to the hospital.
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis after receiving treatment and the director said that I would almost recover after receiving treatment 3-5 times. I don't know if it was because it was already sore, but I usually endure acupuncture without any jokes, but I let out a 'ugh' sound every time he poked me. It hurt so much The director poked me 7 times and said 'I endured it well,' and comforted me like a child.
I guess the pain when the needles were inserted was so severe that the pain went away after the needles were removed.
Although I was told that I might feel pain on the same day, I didn't feel any pain at all, and I'm not receiving any follow-up treatment.
In order to write a definitive review, I will wait for 1-2 weeks without receiving a follow-up treatment, and I will leave a review in the comments.
They say that plantar fasciitis is a disease that gets worse over time. Instead of trying to find a solution by improvising like I did, I recommend that you visit a Korean medicine clinic, and if you do not feel any effects, I recommend that you visit a hospital quickly.
