Why You Must Do This
When a foreigner changes their residence, they must report it to the Immigration Office or Community Service Center within 14 days. Failure to report can result in fines and disadvantages in extending your stay status.

How to Apply
1. Visit the Community Service Center: Community Service Center under your current residence jurisdiction. Bring your Alien Registration Card + Passport + Lease Agreement (or landlord confirmation letter).
2. Online application is also available through hikorea (hikorea.go.kr).
If you have no contract due to living in a goshiwon (study room), one-room apartment, or boarding house, you will need the landlord’s confirmation.
