Seoul’s winter is from December to February, with temperatures dropping below freezing, but it is a season when night views are particularly beautiful. Winter night view spots – Namsan Tower (N Seoul Tower): Night views are clearest on clear winter days. Also famous as a couples’ lock spot. Accessible by cable car or hiking trail. Han River night view: Banpo Bridge’s moonlight rainbow fountain (limited to spring~autumn) is not available, but the night view of the Han River bridges themselves is beautiful. Gwanghwamun Plaza: Christmas season features tree and light decorations. Cheonggyecheon Light Festival is also held at the end of the year.
