The wholesale fashion district around Doota and Hello apM doesn't really start until midnight, which is when the actual buyers arrive. Designers, small boutique owners, and fashion students from across Asia come to source fabric and finished pieces directly from the manufacturers operating in the back buildings. The streets are fully alive at 3 a.m. in a way almost no other place in Seoul is.
