After 9 p.m., the light from the Gangnam skyline reflects across the water while the foot traffic stays thin. The north bank approach from Apgujeong passes through a quiet riverside park section that most people miss by heading directly to the bridge stairs. Best visited on a weeknight; weekend foot traffic increases significantly after events at Jamsil.
