Eungbong-dong Eungbongsan Forsythia Hill March

A small hill in Seongdong district entirely blanketed in forsythia that creates one of Seoul earliest spring spectacles each late March. The yellow flowers cover the hillside densely enough to obscure the path. The summit has a viewing platform over the Hangang Bridge and the river. Local residents have planted additional forsythia continuously since the hill was first designated a neighborhood park.
