The riverside path through the Eungbong section of Seongdong-gu connects the Oksu zone eastward to Ttukseom via a stretch of embankment that passes below the Eungbongsan slopes. The Eungbongsan hillside above the path is planted with forsythia that turns the entire south-facing slope yellow in early April — a display that is known among Seoul locals but rarely appears in travel content. The viewing point at the summit is reached via a short trail from the Eungbong-dong residential streets above. The river path below is used primarily by commuter cyclists and is one of the quieter stretches of the south bank cycling route.
