Gwangjang Market Bindaetteok Row (광장시장 빈대떡 골목)

The ground floor of Gwangjang Market is one of Seoul's most concentrated eating experiences. Haenyeo-staffed stalls serve raw beef yukhoe, bindaetteok fried fresh per order, mayak gimbap so small you eat them in two bites, and mung bean pancakes with막걸리. Seats are shared long tables with strangers. The vendors are regulars, many of them the second or third generation running the same stall in the same spot.
