A small but well-maintained rose garden tucked behind Hakdong Park in Gangnam's Sinsa-dong, blooming from late April through June. Around 4,000 roses across 150 varieties — the collection includes heritage roses not commonly seen in Korean public gardens. Almost completely unknown outside the immediate neighbourhood; on weekday mornings it is usually empty. The garden is maintained by Gangnam-gu and admission is free. Combined with the adjacent Hakdong Park woodland walk, it makes a quiet half-hour detour from the Garosugil shopping strip two blocks south.
