Gangnam Station Underground Shopping (강남역 지하상가)

The underground arcade running below Gangnam-daero from Gangnam station is one of the most heavily trafficked commercial passages in Seoul and has been since the area developed in the 1980s. Fashion, accessories, food, and services pack the corridor. The street-level intersection above is the center of the entire Gangnam commercial district. The restaurants and cafés operating in the surrounding blocks have the density and quality you'd expect from one of Seoul's most competitive dining environments.
