A low-key stretch of independent cafés along Jamwon Hangang Park, frequented by young Seoul locals but largely absent from tourist itineraries. The Starbucks Wave Art Center here has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Han River and Namsan Tower — arguably the best-value view in the city for the price of an Americano (around ₩5,000). Visit on weekend afternoons to catch the cycling and picnic crowd alongside the river.
