The largest wholesale beef market in Korea where the day begins before 3am as trucks arrive from the countryside and butchers begin breaking down full carcasses. By 6am the market is fully active with restaurant buyers and retail customers. The food court serving grilled beef and suyuk (boiled beef) using unsold cuts from the morning is one of the most authentic meat eating experiences in Korea.
