An open-air museum disguised as a hilltop cemetery, where over 60 modern Korean independence fighters and cultural icons — including Han Yong-un and Bang Jeong-hwan — are buried along shaded forest trails. Once a colonial-era burial ground opened in 1933, it was reborn in 2022 as a living heritage space. Few foreign visitors venture here, making it one of the most poignant and uncrowded historical sites in all of Seoul.
