Seongsu Dalsae Market (달새시장)

A small semi-indoor local market in Seongsu that sells produce, prepared banchan, and household goods to the residential population that still lives in the neighbourhood alongside the trendy cafes. The market operates largely below the radar of the food tourism circuit and prices reflect that — significantly cheaper than the Instagram-facing restaurants on the main strip. The prepared food stalls open from mid-morning; the fish and vegetable section is best visited before noon.
