A decommissioned highway overpass above Seoul Station was converted into an elevated walking garden in 2017. The 1km deck is planted with 24,000 plants arranged by Korean alphabetical order, with lookout points over the rail yards and Namsan. It's more contemplative than the New York High Line it draws comparisons to — quieter, less curated, with better views of an actual working city infrastructure below. Best in the early morning before the foot traffic arrives.
